Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging and tags must be included.
  • A return request must be approved before sending items back.

Accepted Return Reasons

  • Item arrived damaged or defective (must report within 7 days of delivery with photos)
  • Incorrect item received (must report within 7 days of delivery with photos)
  • Changed mind or no longer needed (unused, in original condition)

Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Custom orders
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or installation errors
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Closeout or final sale items

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our end (e.g., incorrect or missing item).
  • If you choose to use our pre-paid return shipping label (for US orders only), the cost will be deducted from your refund

Exchanges & Store Credit

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to provide exchanges. Store credit requests may be honored on a case-by-case basis for orders typically not eligible for return. Please contact store@cocodusol.com to discuss your situation.

Order Cancellations & Modifications

  • Order cancellations can be requested within 24 hours of placement, once an order ships it can no longer be cancelled or modified so please make sure to reach out to us ASAP to ensure your order has not shipped yet.
  • Cancellations after 24 hours may be subject to a 10–30% cancellation fee, depending on the progress of the order.
  • Order modifications (such as size, quantity, or shipping address changes) must be requested within 24 hours. After that, changes may not be possible or may incur additional costs.
  • We do not offer order modifications once the product has shipped.

How to Complete a Return

  1. Email store@cocodusol.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if relevant.
  2. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending your item back.
  3. Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we’ll process your refund.

Important Notes

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns.
  • For orders placed through Etsy, please initiate returns directly through your Etsy account.
