At Coco Du Sol, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly and reliably. All shade sails ship from California, and you’ll receive tracking information once your order is on the way.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days or sooner, unless otherwise stated (e.g. pre-orders or custom requests).

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We offer multiple shipping options at checkout via UPS:

- UPS Ground (Standard – 1–5 business days)
- UPS 2nd Day Air (Expedited – 2 business days)
- UPS Next Day Air (Overnight – 1 business day)

*Bulk orders sent via freight company  

Delivery times begin after your order has been fulfilled.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will ship as soon as inventory becomes available. Estimated ship dates are listed on the product page. You’ll receive tracking once your pre-order is dispatched.

International Shipping

We do not currently offer international shipping through our website. For wholesale or special requests, please email us at store@cocodusol.com.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order’s weight, dimensions, and delivery location.

Delivery Questions
