Refund Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition.
  • All original packaging and tags must be included.
  • Items must be carefully stored in their original box until returned.
  • A return request must be approved before sending items back.

How to Start a Return

  • Email store@cocodusol.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number, reason for return, and any photos if relevant.
  • Once your return is approved, we'll send return instructions and, for US orders, the option of a prepaid return label.

Accepted Return Reasons

  • Item arrived damaged or defective (must report within 48 hours from delivery arrival)
  • Incorrect item received (must report within 48 hours of delivery with photos)
  • Changed mind or no longer needed (unused, in original condition)

Returns We Cannot Accept

  • Custom orders
  • Items damaged after delivery due to misuse or installation errors
  • Items that have not been stored correctly — for example, left outdoors or in direct sunlight, which fades and bleaches the natural fiber, or left bundled or wrapped up for an extended period, which can damage the weave.
  • Items returned without prior approval
  • Closeout or final sale items

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–7 business days after we receive your return for processing.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless there was an error on our end (e.g., incorrect or missing item).
  • If you choose to use our prepaid return shipping label (US orders only), the cost will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges & Store Credit

  • We're happy to offer both exchanges and store credit on eligible items.
  • Exchanges: If you'd like a different size or product, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll arrange an exchange, subject to availability. The item must meet the return conditions above (unused, in original condition, stored in its original box). Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly.
  • Store credit: If you'd prefer store credit instead of a refund, just let us know when you request your return. Store credit is issued by email and does not expire.
  • Custom orders and final-sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
  • To start an exchange or request store credit, email store@cocodusol.com with your order number and what you'd like.

Important Notes

  • For US returns, you can use our prepaid return label or arrange your own trackable carrier — see Refunds above for how the label cost is handled.
  • For orders placed through Etsy, please initiate returns directly through your Etsy account.
